1. Subscriptions & Digital Products

  • All our services and products are delivered digitally and are accessible instantly after purchase.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds once a subscription or product has been purchased.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Payment charged but service not activated within 48 hours (and support request raised).
